Crave traditional latin flair this holiday season? 🎄 Our Hallacas are the perfect combo of bold flavors - loaded with oyster mushrooms, tofu, veggies, almonds, and a splash of red wine. Whip up a "cena navideña" in a snap: just simmer in boiling water for 15 minutes and you'll have a vegan-curious crowd in no time! 🤩
Ingredients: Portobello mushrooms, organic non-gmo TVP, oyster mushrooms, onion, red pepper, celery, carrot, cauliflower, corn flour, leeks, tofu, garlic, almonds, corn oil, olives, raisins, red wine, panela, capers, salt and spices.
Cooking from frozen: Bring water to a boil and simmer Hallaca (wrapped in plantain leaf) for around 15 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes before opening it.
Cooking from cold: Bring water to a boil and simmer Hallaca (wrapped in plantain leaf) for around 8 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes before opening it.
